Africa Society of Evangelical Theology holds 12th Conference and Annual General Meeting

Nairobi, Kenya — About 80 scholars, pastors, theologians, and students gathered online on ZOOM, co-hosted by the Africa Nazarene University, for the 12th Africa Society of Evangelical Theology (ASET) Annual General Meeting and Conference, March 4-7, 2022. Professor Afe Adogame (Maxwell M. Upson Professor of Religion and Society, Princeton Theological Seminary) gave the plenary Address on the conference theme, Salvation in African Christianity. Conference attendees from more than 36 denominations, 25 institutions, 18 countries in different continents around the world discussed the theme in sessions covering a variety of topics, with over 30 papers covering systematic theology, biblical studies, philosophy, intercultural studies, leadership studies, ubuntu, historical studies, pastoral theology, and practical theology.
